Christopher Urso is managing partner of URS Capital Partners and since 2007 he has been committed to the company’s growth. He has been responsible for cultivating the firm’s strong relationships via its field partners, private investors and real estate professionals. From 2008-2009, Christopher led a multi-state team to acquire, renovate and lease/sell over 60 single family homes.

In 2010 he directed the firm’s efforts towards multifamily and has taken a very systematic path to accumulating over 3,800 units with an asset value of over $300,000,000. Christopher is responsible for leading the company’s mission of acquiring well- positioned multifamily assets while maintaining a risk aware approach in today’s market.

Christopher has been responsible for securing over $100,000,000 of private capital and is constantly seeking new relationships to expand the firms’ reach. Prior to URS Capital, Christopher was a minority partner and Director of Operations at Skyline Legal Technologies, a Manhattan based litigation support company. Real estate, specifically multifamily, has been his true passion since purchasing his first property 20 years ago. Chris a graduate of Manhattan College.
