Michael Boshko works alongside Lisa Urso, managing the physical aspects of URS’ assets. His extensive background in operations and personnel management, along with his excellent knowledge of construction procedures allows him to be the ‘boots on the ground’ supervising our onsite teams. Michael also manages the construction budgets, reporting to Lisa to keep expenses for each property running as efficiently as possible. He also facilitates the physical aspects of due diligence on new acquisitions.
